This policy explains the limited use of cookies and similar technologies on liscod.com.
1. Current cookie approach
The public website is designed without advertising, marketing pixels, behavioral profiling, social-media embeds, or analytics cookies. LISCOD does not currently ask visitors to accept non-essential cookies because none are intentionally placed on public pages.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
WordPress and hosting-security systems may use essential cookies for authenticated administrators, security, session continuity, load balancing, or abuse prevention. These functions are necessary to operate and protect the service and are not used to build advertising profiles.
| Cookie or category | Who receives it | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
wordpress_test_cookie | WordPress | Checks whether cookies work on the administrator login screen. | Session |
wordpress_logged_in_* | WordPress | Keeps an authenticated administrator signed in. | Session |
wp-settings-* | WordPress | Stores administrator interface preferences. | Up to one year |
| Security or infrastructure cookie | Hostinger | Protects, routes, or stabilizes website traffic when technically required. | Session or short-lived |
3. Managing cookies
You can remove or block cookies in your browser. Blocking essential administrator cookies can prevent authorized users from signing in, but should not affect ordinary public browsing.
4. Future changes
If analytics or another non-essential technology is added, it will not be activated for visitors who require consent until an appropriate choice mechanism and updated disclosure are in place.
5. Contact
Questions about cookie use can be sent through the contact page.
