The enquiry workflow validates realistic contact details in the browser and on the server, routes qualified enquiries to LISCOD, and sends a branded receipt to the visitor.

A company enquiry form needs to be easy for genuine visitors to complete while resisting malformed or automated submissions and giving the LISCOD team enough structured information to respond usefully.

The workflow uses immediate accessible guidance in the browser and repeats the important checks on the server. International phone data is normalized consistently, spam controls remain unobtrusive, and successful enquiries produce branded communication for both parties.
